Dennis Russell Davies conducts Bruckner's Eighth Symphony with the MDR Sinfonieorchester in Leipzig this evening. The composer, whose 200th birthday is being celebrated today, is being honoured with a live broadcast of the concert on MDR and at the ARD Radio Festival.
