Julian Rachlin conducts the Oslo Philharmonic

On 20, 21 and 22 December, Julian Rachlin conducts the Oslo Philharmonic’s traditional Christmas concerts. A regular guest of the orchestra under his mentor Mariss Jansons, this week marks his first appearance as a conductor of the ensemble.

He last appeared with the orchestra in February 2022, performing Shostakovich’s Violin Concerto No. 1 under Klaus Mäkelä.
