Julian Rachlin with the Essen Philharmonic Orchestra

Next Thursday and Friday, Julian Rachlin will conduct the third subscription concert of the season with the Essen Philharmonic. The program includes Camille Saint-Saëns' First Cello Concerto with Marie Jaëll as soloist as well as Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy's Third Symphony. This is the third time Julian will conduct the Essen Philharmonic, having made an acclaimed debut with the orchestra in 2019.
