Vitali Alekseenok conducts world premiere of "King Stakh's Wild Hunt" at the Barbican Centre in London

Tonight Vitali Alekseenok conducts the world premiere of "King Stakh's Wild Hunt." The work combines opera, theater, multimedia and live music to tell a story rooted in the history of Belarus and of great relevance to contemporary Europe. The music was composed by Olga Podgaiskaya, and singers include Andrei Bondarenko and Tamara Kalinkin. The work is a production of the Belarus Free Theatre.

Further performances will follow on September 15 and 16, 2023.
