With the Staatskapelle Dresden and Christian Thielemann on tour at the Musikverein

Our touring department returns to the Musikverein Wien with the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden this weekend: on June 17 and 18, the orchestra will conclude a short tour there with principal conductor Christian Thielemann. The program includes Gustav Mahler's Third Symphony, a musical cosmology entitled " Ein Sommermittagstraum". Christa Mayer will perform as soloist, and the choral part will be performed by the Ladies of the Vienna Singverein.
