Ivor Bolton conducts the premiere of „Peter Grimes“ in Madrid

We look to Teatro Reál of Madrid with excitement, where Ivor Bolton conducts the premiere of Peter Grimes on Mon, 19 April 2021. After „Billy Budd“ in 2017 (Madrid) and 2019 (London) a new cooperation between him and stage director Deborah Warner in one of the main operas by Benjamin Britten. The cast includes Allan Clayton, Maria Bengtsson, Christopher Purves and Catherine Wyn-Rogers.
