Marie Jacquot gives her debut with Gewandhausorchester Leipzig

By stepping in at short notice, Marie Jacquot is continuing her way to the top of the outstanding orchestras: On 21 April 2022, she will be a guest with Leipzig’s Gewandhausorchester for the first time.
In addition to Ravel’s Suite „Ma mère l’oye“ and his Concerto for Piano and Orchestra in G-major with the excellent young pianist Seong-Jin Cho, she conducts Bartók’s Concerto for Orchestra at the Gewandhaus. The concert of the „Grosse Concerte“-series, whcih will be repeated on 22 April 2022, will be broadcast by mdr Kultur and mdr Klassik on 29 April 2022.
