The much in-demand young Taiwanese conductor Yi-Chen Lin will be celebrating her debut at Opera Ballet Vlaanderen with Maurice Ravel's "L'Heure espagnole", performed by the Youth Orchestra Flanders. This new symphonic youth orchestra was founded in partnership with the Brussels Philharmonic, Antwerp Symphony Orchestra and the Opera Ballet Vlaanderen Symphony Orchestra. Lin is currently Kapellmeister and Assistant of the GMD at Deutsche Oper Berlin, where she opened the season with a highly acclaimed new production of Marc-Anthony Turnage's "Greek".
